Terms and Conditions
Quote Terms
All quotes are based on information provided and made available to Green Choice Consulting Pty Ltd at the time a quote was prepared. If Green Choice Consulting Pty Ltd becomes aware of any further information relating to the project once work has begun, Green Choice Consulting Pty Ltd reserves the right to cease work and provide a new quote.
Service Agreement
The terms and conditions apply to all services and products provided by Green Choice Consulting Pty Ltd to the Client, upon the initiation of a contract between Green Choice Consulting Pty Ltd and the Client.
Quotes are valid for a period of 90 days calendar days from the date of issue.
Agreement Variations
All terms and conditions in effect at the time of the contract agreement will remain in effect, regardless of any current terms and conditions and only Green Choice Consulting Pty Ltd has authority to modify the terms and conditions.
Rights and obligations
It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure all information provided to Green Choice Consulting Pty Ltd is legitimate and accurate. Green Choice Consulting accepts no liability for use of inaccurate or illegitimate information.
Green Choice Consulting Pty Ltd will not accept terms and conditions from any third parties unless Green Choice Consulting Pty Ltd has given written agreement to the terms and conditions.
If Green Choice Consulting Pty Ltd or the client are aware or become aware of any potential conflict of of interest the other party must be informed within the shortest time frame possible about the nature and scope of the conflict.
All materials provided by Green Choice Consulting Pty Ltd must only be reproduced as delivered by Green Choice Consulting Pty Ltd and no modifications or alterations are permitted on the materials. All modifications and/or alterations must be explicitly approved by Green Choice Consulting Pty Ltd. Modifications to materials required after final documentation has been issued may require a new quote to be issued.
Green Choice Consulting will not disclose Client details or Client information to a third-party unless required for the provision of a Service within the scope of the service agreement and quote.
If changes to the documentation, project scope, or project details are proposed by the Client Green Choice Consulting Pty Ltd reserves the right to issue a new quote, and alter the service delivery time.
Copyright and Ownership
The client is responsible for protecting all delivered materials and the responsible use of all materials delivered to the client from Green Choice Consulting Pty Ltd. Only the Client has the licence to use materials provided by Green Choice Consulting. The client must not disclose any delivered materials to entities that may use or reproduce the materials illegally.
Copyright is owned by Green Choice Consulting until payment in full has been made. Intellectual copyright remains the property of Green Choice Consulting at all times to the full extent permitted by law. Any breach of the copyright provisions will be subject to further action for the purpose of recovering outstanding monies owing and restitution for any copyright damages.
Quotes are not to be disclosed to third parties unless requested by a government authority.
Limitation of Liability
Green Choice Consulting Pty Ltd will not be liable for any damages suffered by the Client resulting from any materials provided from Green Choice Consulting Pty Ltd. The Client will indemnify Green Choice Consulting Pty Ltd from all third-party claims arising as a result of the use of materials provided by Green Choice Consulting Pty Ltd. After a period of (1) calendar year from the date the final invoice is issued, Green Choice Consulting Pty Ltd will have no liability regarding any services provided as described in the agreement and/or quote.
Termination
Upon termination of agreement, the Client must pay all monies owing for any services provided up to the date of termination.
